Agronomic management in the vineyard
All farm crops are conducted with the certified organic method and the use, where necessary, of preparations and techniques belonging to biodynamic practice. From pruning to harvesting and sorting, all cultivation operations are carried out manually
Vinification and Aging
Each grape variety is vinified separately. The must ferments with its indigenous yeasts and has a short maceration on the skins, useful for not extracting too much tannin, followed by a short refinement in small non-toasted French and Slavonian oak barrels.
